How to Apply

If you're interested in putting your skills and talent to good use in the fight against global poverty, we encourage you to consider joining CARE. To ensure consideration for a given position, it is critical that you apply online. If you are in the United States, we are unable to accept applications that do not come in via our recruitment system. If you experience difficulties doing so, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions.

If you are outside of the United States and have an exceptional circumstance where you are unable to apply online, you may email your application. Please indicate the position for which you are applying in the subject line.

Acknowledgement

Online applications will be acknowledged automatically by email, with an indication of the position for which you applied.

Managing your Application Online

Once you have submitted your online application to our site you can log in at any time to view and apply to current openings and to update your cover letter and resume. To do so, please click here and log in to the "Previous Applicants" section.

Difficulties with Online Application

If you encounter any problems with the online application please review our frequently asked questions or email us by clicking here. If you are unable to submit your application online, email your cover letter and resume, including the title of the position to which you are applying.

Work Visas

If you're applying for a job with CARE in the United States, you will typically be expected to already have a valid US work permit (if you are not a US Citizen). If you're applying for a job outside the US, we will work with you once hired to obtain the necessary work and travel visas.
